How can I resolve the "stlyesheet is missing" error in wampserver after uploading a website downloaded via wget. I copied a stylesheet from a different theme into the website downloades via wget's folder but it didn't resolve the problem.

Do you still need help solving this? If so, what is in the broken themes style.css? Is it correctly labeled style.css, and does it have the required comments at the top of the file?
