The App is generating some random and invalid questions when provided with the invalid YouTube URL. Ex: youtube.com/watch?v=2
It seems the App is doing the behind the scene caching of data based on the specified criteria. Here, in this case, it's the URL. The major problem with the data caching when not handled correctly produces incorrect responses like the above scenario.
No delete options for the generated question. Sorry, it will create a major issue for the users.
Also, please do provide an option for the user to completely deactivate and delete the account.
