Heading into greybeard territory... Java, C++, Perl, and now Tibco and Appian... but learning Rust as I feel the need to get back down into the weeds again :)

A bit about me: I'm heading into senior (aka greybeard) territory, having started out in this IT lark nearly 25 years ago. And that's not counting my first steps with a Vic20, then BBC basic, VAX Basic and Fortran at university...
Since then I've been mainly doing enterprise stuff: public admin, large health companies, banks, that kind of thing. Most of it's been Java, but for the past 5-6 years I've moved into BPM/low code stuff with Tibco and Appian. And TBH I'm not a fan, I'd love to get back to proper programming.
I'll just try and ignore the 10 years or so I got stuck in a management role, not something I want to repeat!
