Agents write the code. Your team keeps the thread.

Four weeks ago I started building a tool with the tool itself. Today it ships.

The problem is familiar to anyone running coding agents: they are fast, and the project becomes unreadable. The plan is in a chat nobody reopens. Three people and five sessions later nobody can say what is in flight, what it cost, or why it was decided this way.

FACE is my answer. It is one free binary you run in your folder of projects. It talks to the agent you already pay for (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, Qwen Code or Antigravity) through the Agent Client Protocol, signed in as you. It never sees your login.

It plants a small method: a few documents written once, a queue with one line per delivery, one page per delivery that says what will be built and how it is proven before any code changes. Then it projects those files as a board, a delivery screen with the live session, and a commit window. The agent never commits. You click.

The same method shipped a job marketplace in 89 deliveries over 14 days and a consulting project in 107 deliveries over 19 days, and built FACE itself.

macOS, Linux, Windows. Six languages. The source will be visible under a fair source license when the team tier exists; the free tier stays free.
