Release 0.47.0 of Spellcheck (GitHub) Action

Version 0.47.0 of Spellcheck (GitHub) Action was released the other day.

The release is a maintenance release where the Docker base image was updated to python:3.13.2-slim-bookworm.

As outlined in the post on release 0.46.0 there are other chores that should have some attention, unfortunately workload has increased for the day job, so it has been hard to find time to do open source and other activities.

I am pondering my efforts to assist repositories not using Dependabot to get updated, since it takes significant time and that time could be spent on other activities at the same time, I like to reach out and I like the fact that users are brought up to date - so for now I am undecided.
