I’m excited to share that my new personal website, jordantylerburchett.com, is officially live!
The site serves as a central hub for everything I’m working on: my projects, credentials, news, and now, my independent blog. While I’ve previously used Dev.to to share updates and write about my work, I’ve decided to host my blog on my own platform from now on.
This decision comes after a mix of technical limitations and personal experiences on Dev.to that made it difficult to manage my content the way I wanted. A few years ago, I had an unpleasant encounter with a community member who targeted others for their beliefs and backgrounds. Despite multiple reports, the issue was never resolved, and my account visibility was reduced as a result.
Rather than let that experience stop me from sharing, I decided to take a more independent approach where I can write freely, manage my content directly, and maintain full control over my platform.
On my website, you’ll find updates on my projects and what I’m building under eXybit Technologies. It’s a space to share progress, explore new technologies, operating systems, software, and apps, while offering my own thoughts on current tech and my personal ecosystem.
I plan to keep my Dev.to profile online, though I don’t expect to post here often. If you’d like to keep up with what I’m building or explore my latest updates, you can find everything on my website at jordantylerburchett.com.
Happy Venturing!
