Use these 5 exact actions to get fresher jobs, less-crowded LinkedIn jobs and apply faster.

1. Filter by number of applicants (beat the crowd)##

  1. Open Jobs → enter role (e.g.,_ Frontend Developer_).

  2. Click Filters → sort or filter by Number of applicants (click "under 10 applicants")

  3. Scan listings with fewer applicants and apply first.

2. Show only very fresh jobs — edit the URL (900 seconds = 15 min)

  1. After searching, apply Past 24 hours.

  2. Click the browser address bar and find "86400" (24 hours in a day).

  3. Replace it with 900 and press Enter (now shows last 15 minutes).
