Once you launch the editor;
From the 3D Shapes category on the toolbar choose cylinder; Set top radius to 20, Bottom radius to 20, height to 200, horizontal segments to 50.

Click copy button to copy selected objects; Click scale on the toolbar; Set x to 30, z to 30.

Click on mesh 4 to select it
Click Boolean on the toolbar; from the tool panel choose difference, Choose mesh 4(1) to subtract.

Tick the checkmark to finalize difference
From the 3D Shapes category on the toolbar choose capsule; Set top radius to 0, Bottom radius to 30, height to 200, horizontal segments to 50, position x to 28, position y to 95, rotation z to 10.

From the utilities category on the toolbar choose mirror; Set create copy to true, direction to left, offset to -14.14.

Click on mesh 8(1), 4 to select
Click Boolean on the toolbar; from the tool panel choose difference, Choose mesh 8, mesh 8(1) to subtract.

From the generators category on the toolbar choose screw & nut generator; Set radius to 5, pitch to 1, rotations to 20, position x to 15, position y to 75, rotation z to 90

Click on mesh 4 to select it
Click Boolean on the toolbar; from the tool panel choose difference, Choose screw 1 to subtract and set keepsubtractedobject to true

Click on mesh 4 to deselect
Click to activate polygon selection; Click on highlighted region to select it

From the modify category on the toolbar choose extrusion; Set extrusion amount to 1.

Click to activate face selection; Click on the gear icon to open advanced selection tools, Set loop selection to true

Click on highlighted face to select loop from the object

Click ‘x’ to close selection settings panel
From the modify category on the toolbar choose extrusion; Set extrusion amount to 3.

Click to activate edge selection; Click on the gear icon to open advanced selection tools, Set ring selection to true

Click on highlighted edge to select ring from the object, Set custom pattern to true

Click ‘x’ to close selection settings panel
Click scale on the toolbar; Set y to 13, z to 13.

Click ‘x’ to close transformation panel
