Arthera is a new L1 in town. It's EVM-compatible, so if you're already familiar with EVM tooling and Solidity, you'll feel right X I'm at home.
We just sealed a partnership with a service called SolidityScan, and it's part of the whole security workflow we're setting up for our own system contracts. But we're also giving access to all applications building on Arthera. To date, there are already more than 80 apps committed to building on Arthera.
I strongly recommend you have a look at our White Paper and mint the NFT that goes with it.
If you're as lazy (efficient) as a good dev should be, or a beginner in Solidity, you can just fork this Hardhat template and build what you want to build from there.
