What KPI Tracking Software Are You Using to Monitor Team Performance?

I’ve been exploring different performance management tools lately and recently started using LTS Data Point as our KPI tracking software. So far, it’s been really helpful in giving us better visibility into our metrics, especially with real-time dashboards and structured scorecards instead of the usual messy spreadsheets. It definitely feels like a step up in terms of clarity and accountability across teams. That said, I’m always curious to learn from others’ experiences.
