100/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Avoid Formalism

When I first started this challenge, I considered trying something like a 100-day coding challenge. However, after evaluating how much free time I actually had, I realized it was almost impossible. So, the 100th day isn’t particularly significant to me—it’s just 27% of a year.

Two or three years ago, I was juggling Japanese studies along with work, which left me with only 4–5 hours of sleep per night. Although I barely managed to pass the JLPT N1 exam, I later realized the toll it took on my body lingered for an entire year, and it’s only recently that I’ve started to recover.

Over the past hundred days, posting something every day has also been a burden for me. Rather than making everything overly detailed, I’ve focused on sharing thoughts and maintaining healthy habits. By lowering the barriers to starting something, it becomes more sustainable.

So far, the biggest takeaway has been reminding myself every day of my goal to switch careers and reprioritize. While I still can’t devote much time to studying yet, I’ve been able to reduce overtime and limit the extra work I do for the company.
