Every time a holiday comes around, I can clearly feel the effects of weekday stress and lack of sleep. But as long as I get enough rest, I feel noticeably more energetic. Even after spending a lot of time studying today, I don’t feel tired at all. So in the end, the real issue is sleep, and managing stress is just as important.
I’ve been in the habit of wearing an Apple Watch because I noticed a long time ago that my heart rate tends to be higher. While no health issues have been detected, my diet, stress levels, and lifestyle significantly impact my heart rate, making me feel fatigued more easily.
That said, most of the stress in life still comes from financial pressure—mainly work-related. That’s also why I started this plan. At the very least, having a fully remote job with better income would help me achieve the freedom to manage my own time as soon as possible!
