If we combine anything we do with negative emotions, it’s bound to fail. Forgive yourself first and don’t feel guilty.
I remember when I changed job last time, I had no personal time and almost couldn't get proper sleep, which led to poor health. My home was also a mess, and even though I like to keep things clean, my priorities were work > studying > job hunting preparation, so I really couldn’t manage to tidy up the place. I was so overwhelmed that even cleaning made me feel guilty.
Over the past couple of days, I managed to clean and organize my home a bit, reducing the dust, which is better for my lungs. This time, the guilt wasn’t as intense, but I’m still thinking about how to allocate more time to studying and preparing for my career change.
I've started using ChatGPT’s advanced voice mode to practice learning Japanese. Whenever I come across grammar points or things I don’t quite understand in my daily life, I immediately use voice to ask questions, which has been much more efficient! Next, I plan to practice interview-style conversations with AI!
