83/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Environment

I spent some time today setting up my development environment.

A development environment isn’t just about the local computer setup and software; that part is relatively simple. The tricky part lies in certain system testing that requires domain and SSL configurations, as well as the integration of some cloud services. There are often urgent tasks that depend on these foundational setups, and if they’re not prepared in advance, it could take half a day or even an entire day to handle the basic configurations, leaving the core issues unresolved.

Life is actually quite similar—it’s built on certain foundations. A clean environment, clothing, and meals all require time to maintain. Otherwise, when things get busy, the pressure can become overwhelming. That’s why being well-prepared on regular days to reduce the time spent on chores each day is also very important.
