90/365 | ¥10M Job Challenge - Resume review

Before starting this project, I was already aware that it wouldn’t be possible for me to produce results every single day. Even posting daily became a significant burden. However, doing this has reminded me to carefully prioritize my tasks each day, no matter how busy I am.

Today, I revised my resume again. Honestly, the more jobs you’ve done, the harder it becomes to write a resume. After all, different stages of your career require different ways of presenting yourself.

I used to think that concrete numbers and achievements were the most important. But if I were a recruiter for a company, I think what I’d value more is a candidate who can solve both current and future problems for the company.

After all, performance metrics are sometimes just the result of being assigned a particular task at the right time. If someone else had done it, the results might not have been much different. In such cases, are specific performance numbers really that important?

Posting every day during this period has actually helped me think about a lot of things I hadn’t considered before, and I’d say that’s been the biggest gain so far.
