Self Reflection
If work is busy with overtime, I can say there’s almost no personal time throughout the day.
At times like this, I take a bath to relax, finding ways to tap into creativity and imagination to make the hectic day more bearable. I make sure to eat well, rest, and sleep properly so I won’t fall into a vicious cycle the next day.
