Now let’s see each of the steps in details
Select for whom you are creating the account
Is it an organization if yes
Is it an individual
In case if you’re setting the account for an organization select the type of organization
Is it a company or business
Is it an NGO
Is it a government organization
Is it an educational institution
Then get started and fill in the following details
A D-U-N-S number for your organization
Provided by Dun & Bradstreet, a D-U-N-S number is a unique nine-digit number that is used globally to identify businesses.
A phone number and email address for your Developer Profile
These will be shown on Google Play as part of your public Developer Profile****. You'll need to verify them by receiving a code.
A contact phone number and email address for Google
These will only be used by Google to contact you if we need to,and won't be shown on Google Play. You'll need to verify them by receiving a code.
A form of payment
To pay the one-time USD 25 registration fee
In case if you are individual then you the D-U-N-S number for your organization
Then type your developer’s name
Select existing payment’s profile or create new one
Your payments profile is used across Google products
Set up your public developer profile
It will be the information available about you to the public
About you
In this you need to mention a short intro about and whether you have any experience with play console earlier
Apps
In this you need to specify the details about your app such as number of apps, whether you will monetize them or not and also category of your app
Contact details
In this you need to mention your contact through which google can contact you such as name, phone number, email etc.
Terms
In this step you need to accept the terms and conditions and other things
