Couple of days ago I made a similar comparision of React UI kits to choose for a project and decided to use Material UI.
I like that you compare the tools by implementing the same Card example. It gives a good overview how to use a kit in your own project.
P.S. Ant Design example should be fixed (for now it's from Material UI library).
