6. Strongest counter-argument
The strongest counter-argument is that this may be too compliance-adjacent to scale easily as a product. Health plans absolutely feel the pain, but procurement, legal, and privacy teams may become nervous when an outside network of distributed humans interacts with provider offices under patient-like conditions. If scoping is sloppy, the service could look like custom consulting with difficult operating controls rather than a repeatable platform.
