You recommend a home server or better a VPS, like this Heztner, and if so which service shall I look for: I mean which band, machine, secs and so on?
I don't have specific recommendations, but I in the offical forum you can find for sure discussions about it.
From my observations I would say that the setup described in the tutorial it is fine up to 10 participants with video on (for audio I don't know), then you run out of CPU (network usage stays around 6mbps up and 3 up)
All considered, if I had a good and stable network connection (let's say 100mbps up/down and low ping time) I will probably go for the home server.
