• What can I add to this role?

• How will this role add on to my existing experience and trajectory?

• What skills can I gain from this role?

• Does this company’s culture seem like a good fit?

• Does this company promote the company culture I’m looking for?

• How does their company culture differ from my current environment? Am I ready for that change?

Role based questions:

• Do the day to day responsibilities seem in alignment with what I’m looking for?

• Is the title something that calls my name?

• Does this role meet my salary requirements?
