Kolin inc. is an independent software development entity behind WebProxy.co.id and Blue Proxy Browser, specializing in privacy-first web infrastructure and secure Android applications.
Kolin inc. is an independent studio dedicated to digital privacy and internet freedom. We realized existing tools were often complex, intrusive, or logged user data. To solve this, we built a unified ecosystem: WebProxy.co.id (a high-speed web proxy engine) and Blue Proxy Browser (a native Android app with VpnService, DoH/DoQ encryption, and AdBlock). Fully bootstrapped, our mission is to deliver zero-friction, zero-log privacy tools for everyone.
