My Experience on Hactoberfest 2024:-
I recently made my first open-source contributions through Hacktoberfest, submitting accepted PRs/MRs with the "hacktoberfest" or "hacktoberfest-accepted" label across five repositories. My contributions involved coding in languages like Python and Java. This experience helped me understand the process of contributing to projects, from creating repositories to working with project maintainers and awaiting the seven-day review period on GitHub and GitLab. Overall, it was an engaging introduction to open source, thanks to Hacktoberfest and DigitalOcean’s support.
