Transparently, I am the creator of c15t, an open source, developer-first CMP that is easy to integrate, customisable, multi-language and GDPR-friendly.
If you are comparing options, I also made cookiebench.com which benchmarks the major CMPs like OneTrust and Cookiebot on speed and performance. Worth a look before you decide.
I see there is only NPM. Maybe do you know CDN solutions?
