We just added Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration to DevOps Open Agent, our open-source, self-hostable platform for AI-powered DevOps troubleshooting.
What that means in practice:
✅ Connect any MCP server — GitHub Copilot MCP, observability tools, runbooks, custom APIs
✅ Ask MCP — ask questions in plain English and let the platform call the right tools (e.g., list open PRs in my repo)
✅ Enrich AI investigations — Kubernetes, AWS, Cloud Cost, and PR Reviewer can include MCP tool context before diagnosis
✅ Your keys, your infra — per-user settings, optional Bearer auth, self-hosted
MCP isn’t a replacement for your agents; it extends them. Same UI, same investigation pipeline, now with external tools wired in.
