I've been a bit quiet this past week because I was traveling in Paris 🇫🇷. It was a great chance to recharge, but now I'm back working full speed on LaunchAlly.
For anyone new here: LaunchAlly is the platform I'm building to make deployments and team collaboration much simpler. You connect your GitHub repository, manage projects, invite teammates, and deploy without the usual DevOps headache.
The last stretch has honestly been the hardest part of the project—tracking down those tiny edge-case bugs that only appear when real users start testing. The good news is that I'm almost there.
What's left before launch:

- ✅ Teams & invitations (final polishing)
- ✅ Project management
- 🚧 Stripe integration
- 🚀 Public launch
Building this in public has been one of the best decisions I've made. The feedback, bug reports, and questions from this community have genuinely helped shape LaunchAlly.
