Start with your first blog.

There is no doubt that blogging is one of the best ways to get keyword-rich content on your site, get a message on search engines and drive traffic to your site. But how to start blogging?

If you decide to start a blog, there are many options. A great way to start blogging quickly and for free is to use a “stand-alone” online service, such as WordPress or Blogger. These are free, customizable tools that support both new and more advanced bloggers. The downside is that you cannot use the domain name of your site. For example, if you use Blogger, your blog address will look something like this: "yourblog.blogspot.com." Although you can link to it from your current website, search engines will not know that you will receive a “credit” for additional content, since it is a different domain. However, thanks to creative cross-referencing, you can still benefit from increased access to your blog.

These free services provide a powerful software tool that combines value, quality, and ease of use. While some people prefer to use simpler blog services, they can also truly take advantage of the “built-in” benefits of WordPress or Blogger along with their existing large community of users.

One of the most notable benefits of these services is the ease of use and advanced features of the service compared to some blogging applications. Neither Blogger nor WordPress requires you to have any “encoding” and allow you to create and publish on your blog easy-to-use icons, similar to those that can be seen in a word processing program. The ability to use such a program allows people to create high-tech blogs and full sites. This will not abolish the fact that you still have to learn to write articles and this is not an easy job. I learned from this essay writer service how hard it is.

If you’re offline from time to time, you can take advantage of WordPress ability to import posts. This means that you can put together your blog until you are connected to the Internet and then import it later. If you already use another blogging service, you can also import your posts directly into Blogger or WordPress.

Another advantage of these services is their large libraries of widgets or elements and themes that allow you to instantly add useful features and professional-looking styles for your blog. A very simple drag-and-drop interface allows you to add features like an RSS feed with a few clicks.

Another option worth considering is blogging software that you can directly integrate into your website. Some hosting companies, such as GoDaddy, allow you to use an existing domain name for your blog. The advantage is that the content of your blog becomes part of what search engines see for your domain. In these cases, you are likely to pay a monthly additional fee to your hosting provider. Alternatively, Blogger allows you to post to an FTP site, which means you can blog from your own domain. You lose some flexibility of the service "out of the box", but with a little effort, you can get a customized template and a fairly simple publishing option, which is located in your domain.

As your needs become more advanced, or if you are a more technical blogger, you might also consider using blogging software that can be directly integrated into your website. One of them is bBlog. bBlog is an open-source PHP / MySQL application. If you do not know what the last sentence means, then this is not for you. If you know, then you can take advantage of the extended flexibility that an integrated application can provide.
