theodinproject.com/ is one of the best resources for learning programming in the context of web development. It is one of the few resources that develop your problem-solving skills, i.e., it doesn't hold your hand too much, and you will have to google and research to find solutions for projects. Highly recommended for anyone serious about pursuing this field.
