The good news is that over time being an introvert will be less and less pronounced. The other good news is that in the tech space, a lot of people are introverts.
I recommend forming strong 1:1 relationships with people that can teach you something, and mentor you. As an introvert, you have the advantage of being good in 1:1 situations, so that will help you a great deal.
