I hate Swift and Objective-c as well as PHP, my opinion is that you make poor code with such languages because of the confusing grammar they have.
I've really appreciated Xamarin in a few projects: it's impressive how easy is to make a reusable cross platform code using native libraries with the power of C# (async await is my drug).
As an hobby I also play with Iot, coding with C, C++ and Lua/Mongoose OS and other Javascript based embedded frameworks (ESP32).
I also have an amazing wife and a daughter, my loved princesses!
