All employment agencies and employers hiring foreign workers must ensure accurate, complete, and truthful declarations in work pass applications.

1. Accurate declarations – Declare the correct occupation and salary for each foreign worker. False statements attract a fine up to $20,000 per charge and up to two years imprisonment.
2. Compliance enforcement – Convicted persons or entities are barred from employing foreign workers, reinforcing the integrity of MOM’s work pass framework.
