Let me preface this, I am NOT a developer. My background is infrastructure and project management. There’s this great debate about Agile and Agility Intelligence etc. but what I want to hear is from the actual developers — not the PO’s and definitely not from the stakeholders. I understand the SDLC and their various methods- but for this new landscape what do devs want? I’m developing some frameworks but I need input from the community that’s actually doing the work. What’s actionable — to YOU?
