Also have some rituals to start the work.

There is a famous mantra in productivity.

"Don't stop till you finish". A coach recently told me an interesting twist on this.

"Won't stop until I start". The idea is to flip the finish to start.

The trick for me at least is to make the start very trivial. And I think rituals unlock that.
