I'm working on Gulpies, a subscription management tool designed to help people keep track of their digital subscriptions and identify subscriptions that may not be providing enough value.
I'm currently conducting a short survey to better understand how people manage their subscriptions and the challenges they experience.
What does the survey cover?
The survey asks about:
- The number of paid subscriptions you currently have
- Types of subscriptions you use
- How you keep track of your subscriptions
- Forgetting subscription renewal dates
- Challenges with managing multiple subscriptions
- Features you would find useful in a subscription tracker
- Interest in a browser extension for subscription management
The survey contains 10 questions and takes approximately 2–3 minutes to complete.
Who can participate?
You can participate if you:
- Are 18 years old or above
- Currently have, or have previously had, paid digital subscriptions
- Are willing to share your experiences and opinions about subscription management
No technical or programming knowledge is required.
Privacy & Participation
Participation is completely voluntary.
The survey is anonymous. It does not ask for:
- Your name
- Email address
- Passwords
- Bank or payment details
- Individual transaction information
- Medical or health information
Your responses will be used to understand subscription-management behaviour and to improve the research and development of Gulpies.
You may skip any question you do not wish to answer and may stop participating at any point before submitting the survey.
Before starting the survey, you will be shown a Participant Information Sheet explaining the study and how your responses will be handled. You will then be asked to provide your consent before proceeding.
If results from the survey are presented or published, they will be reported in a way that does not identify individual participants.
