Production readiness is often reduced to a short release checklist, even though reliable software depends on decisions made throughout the complete engineering lifecycle.
I started an open-source project that now contains more than 10,000 technology-neutral controls covering engineering and final production approval.
I do not want this checklist to represent only one person’s experience. I’m looking for contributors who can identify missing requirements, improve unclear controls and help shape a future AI-assisted readiness scanner.
