What is Hexabot?
Hexabot is designed to provide a smooth, effortless experience in building and managing chatbots. Whether you’re looking to create engaging conversations, handle customer support, or automate internal processes, Hexabot makes it easy with its visual editor, which allows you to drag and drop blocks to create complex chat flows.
But Hexabot is more than just chat flows! It’s a framework that supports custom features by installing extensions (plugins, channels, ...), including text-to-action capabilities, and it’s hybrid—allowing you to integrate large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s ChatGPT or your own custom models and have the best of both worlds (Generative AI vs Deterministic AI).
