When we first started working on the project, we set a goal — to put chatbot developers out of a job… just kidding. 😄 Our real goal was to make building chatbots for process automation as simple and accessible as possible, without having to turn to developers.
We hope that most chatbots will be created right on our platform. And this approach has become our philosophy: anything that used to require a programmer can now be done by anyone — literally in a few clicks.
And of course, we can’t ignore artificial intelligence.
Everyone is talking about it these days — AI assistants, prompt engineers, complex scenarios, and so on. We looked at all of this and decided to do it our way. We want to save businesses from having to figure all of that out.
