Wow that can be tough. I’ve definitely been there before where you’re keeping it all afloat. But maybe help is coming soon? If not, time to speak up? Side note: I have a few articles in the queue about speaking up to management about the needs of the team. Also there’s an article coming up on dealing with perfectionism. I’m not saying that you have either of those issues, but I know that the last time I was trapped in the “one-man wrecking crew” situation you describe, those were some of the problems I was working through.
