What's the most useful micro tool you've built for yourself?

I've been on a bit of a building spree lately — over the past year or so, I've shipped 18 micro SaaS tools for myself and others. Most of them solve tiny, specific problems: a quick color palette generator, a markdown preview with live export, a receipt scanner, things like that.

The one I keep coming back to the most? A simple daily focus timer that blocks distracting tabs and logs what I actually worked on. Nothing fancy, no AI, no integrations — just a 25-minute countdown and a text box. It's embarrassingly simple, but it's the one tool I use every single day.
