একটি decentralized ledger হল তথ্য রেকর্ড করার এমন একটি সিস্টেম যেখানে এটি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করার জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট ব্যক্তি বা সংস্থা নেই , যেখানে control, power, authority and decision-making কে নির্দিষ্ট কোন ব্যক্তি বা সংস্থার কাছে না রেখে Network এ সংযুক্ত সকলের মাঝে সমান ভাগে ভাগ করে দেওয়া ।
