We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team at Radaris.
Radaris is a data-driven platform focused on people search and public records solutions. This role is central to driving product strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap development from research to delivery
- Gather requirements through customer research, system analysis, and stakeholder interviews
- Create and manage functional specifications and documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams throughout the full product lifecycle
- Work closely with UX designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to refine product direction
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Improve product management processes and workflows
- Mentor and support other product managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in product management or product development
- Strong understanding of product strategy and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive product initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
