Salesforce and Adecco Group announced on September 15, 2026 the global rollout of Agentforce Coworker to more than 40 countries, following a pilot in the UK and France.

Coworker is Salesforce's enterprise AI agent, embedded directly in the platform and powered by Anthropic's Claude. Adecco is extending it into the daily workflows of 27,000 employees across sales, recruitment and client/candidate engagement, giving staff a single point of access to data and organizational knowledge that was previously spread across dozens of separate tools.

The rollout builds on Adecco's existing agentic AI deployment in recruitment workflows across ten countries, which the company says already represents 50% of Adecco business revenues. Coworker will draw on context from more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions logged since April 2025.

With Coworker, sales professionals and recruiters can identify priority prospects, prepare sales briefs, enrich prospect data and check lead status across teams. Recruiters can also select candidates and launch pre-screening, recruiter or onboarding agents directly from the same interface.

Adecco operates under an unlimited Agentforce 360 enterprise agreement with Salesforce, which the company says lets it scale agentic AI across global operations without per-seat constraints. CEO Denis Machuel is appearing at Salesforce's Dreamforce keynote alongside Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and the CEOs of Anthropic, NVIDIA and Siemens to discuss what the companies are calling human-centric AI.

Machuel said the pilot showed "strong adoption in a matter of days" and that the goal is to free sales teams and recruiters to focus on human judgment and richer engagement with candidates and clients, rather than administrative lookup work.
