I have a use case where I have to create an IVR in Twilio and pass a call to a worker based on their defined skills, the moment the worker answers a call a URL page will open in a new tab. The thing am having trouble figuring out is I have tried functions but the function is not triggering when the worker answers the call, I couldn't even find the right code to achieve this.
