LazyReply: Crushing Inbox Fatigue with Sub-Second Open-Weight AI

What I Built
Every day, developers and knowledge workers waste hours drowning in conversational clutter: rambling 5-paragraph client emails, disorganized Slack threads, and scattered project updates. You scan through sentences trying to deduce what actually needs your attention, what questions require answers, and what deadlines are looming.
I built LazyReplyan AI-powered messaging productivity assistant that eliminates cognitive overload and inbox anxiety.
Instead of reading walls of text, users paste chaotic messages into LazyReply and receive structured, actionable clarity in under 1 second:

  1. 2-Sentence TL;DR Summary: The core purpose and essential context.
  2. Key Points: Bulleted takeaways, figures, and dates.
  3. Isolated Sender Questions: Explicit questions that actually require a response.
  4. Action Items with Deadlines: Clear deliverables paired with explicit due dates.
  5. Context-Aware Suggested Reply: A ready-to-send draft composed in your chosen tone (Friendly & Warm, Formal & Professional, or Direct & Concise).
  6. One-Click Refinement: Live pills to make replies shorter, warmer, or more formal instantly without re-processing the entire message.
