Is it okay to have long list of classnames ? That's only reason i hasitate to use.
To be honest I like tailwind a lot as well. The convenience is too great.
Well, you could use something like npmjs.com/package/classnames
To organize your styles by type and even add some validations.

Styled component/css-in-js is optional, I still prefer and use SCSS.
