We’re hiring a Senior Android Tech Lead / Principal Engineer to own architecture and lead development for a large-scale Android app used by millions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role — not people management, not ticket factory.
What you’ll work on
Kotlin + modern Android stack (MVVM, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines)
Architecture, scalability, performance
Code quality, reviews, and technical standards
Close collaboration with Product, UX, and Backend
What we’re looking for
8+ years of Android development experience
Deep Android & Kotlin expertise
Experience building scalable, production-grade apps
Strong architectural mindset and technical ownership
📍 Hybrid role — Israel (Haifa area)
