the ₹50,000/month figure is interesting but curious how you arrived at it, bc the actual cost of manual tasks varies a lot depending on whether you're counting owner time at market rate or just direct labor costs, and those two numbers can be very different

Great question! The ₹50,000 figure is based on direct labor costs — I calculated it using the average hours spent on repetitive tasks (roughly 23 hrs/week from my survey of 20 founders) multiplied by what they'd pay a junior assistant or virtual employee for that work (₹15,000-20,000/month range). You're absolutely right that if you factor in owner time at market rate, the real cost is often 2-3x higher since founders typically value their hour at ₹500-1,000+. I kept it conservative intentionally to make the point that even at the lowest estimate, automation pays for itself almost immediately. Would love to hear if those numbers match what you've seen in your experience!
