Laravel Notification Not Working on Contractor Quote Submission

Hi everyone,
I’m working on an RFQ system in Laravel. I’ve added a feature where when a contractor submits a quote, the admin should receive a notification (like a bell icon notification in the dashboard) and also an email.

I believe I’ve followed all the correct steps (notification class, routes, controller logic, etc.), but the notification is not showing up in the admin dashboard, and no email is being sent either.

Can anyone please help me figure out what I might be missing? I really appreciate your help.
