Well, I have one web cam and I want to put on some place and put that live on my wordpress site. First I think its easy, I know wordpresss, put some plugin and works.. but its not. Should I say its must be free ;)

If you want to do it for customer then use open-source library ( Google one) . You can also achieve HLS ( http live streaming) it's easy. I have full article with code.
