Définition de la Napso-thérapie
C’est l’ensemble des connaissances médicales visant à restaurer et/ou maintenir une bonne santé.
Elle s’appuie sur les 3 piliers complémentaires et indissociables que sont :
la Nutrition, manger sainement,
l’Activité Physique, bouger intelligemment,
et le Sommeil, dormir profondément.
Ces messages sont souvent relayés mais savez-vous pourquoi ?
Les études et statistiques en France sont édifiantes!
Le nombre de personnes atteintes de surpoids et d’obésité (50% de la population française) ne cesse d’augmenter même chez les adolescents et les enfants, accompagné des pathologies métaboliques qui en découlent (diabète de type 2 de plus en plus jeune, maladies cardiovasculaires ainsi que toutes les complications inhérentes).
Près de 150 000 personnes décèdent par an de maladies cardiovasculaires (infarctus, AVC).
Les cancers sont la 1ère cause de mortalité en France dont 40% pourraient être évités si les habitudes alimentaires et l’hygiène de vie étaient modifiées.
La sédentarité est un facteur de risque à part entière de développer surpoids et pathologies métaboliques au même titre que le stress et les troubles du sommeil (difficultés d’endormissement, insomnies…).
Le sommeil, composante unique du bien-être de notre organisme, est indispensable au bon fonctionnement intellectuel, psychologique et physique de chacun. Les études montrent que 25% des français souffrent d’insomnie et que 18% ressentent une fatigue régulière au réveil. Tout ceci pourrait nettement être amélioré en revoyant notre hygiène du sommeil.

En tant que professionnelle de santé diplômée et spécialement formée, je suis en mesure de repérer vos erreurs de comportement sur la nutrition, l’activité physique et le sommeil et de les corriger par un accompagnement personnalisé suite à un audit lors de suivis individuels.
C’est également de mener des actions pédagogiques de prévention et d’éducation au sein de groupe au cours d’ateliers en entreprises, associations, start up … pour le bien être des salariés et leur qualité de vie au travail.
